Here at the Five'21 Coffee Roasterie we had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Mr. David Gaudet of Undoing.Ca and the Background Noise Podcast.

We had the chance to talk all things entrepreneurship and coffee roasting in Calgary! In our wide-ranging conversation we cover the Five'21 Roasters Mission, founding the company, what it actually means to live with intention, the opportunities and challenges in entrepreneurship, balancing things with a career and young family - and scaling amidst Covid-19.  

This is the first time we've actually sat down to be interviewed and there's been so much happening this year that in all honesty, it was nice to sit down for more than 15 minutes and reflect on how far things have come.
