Peruvian coffee in Calgary straight from the lush Amazonian highlands of the Cajamarca area is fresh-roasted to order. These dark, fertile soils of Northern Peru produce a bean that is known for its smooth, dark chocolate and caramel notes. This coffee is produced under the Aprocassi women's cooperative.
We small-batch roast using artisanal methods to bring out this beautiful signature dark roast. This is a best selling bean and a favourite espresso bean.
