Grown in the protected Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil in the rich, high-altitude (800-1100m) soils, these beans produce notes of milk chocolate, Brazil nuts and hints of toffee.
These organic beans are small-batch roasted with artisanal methods.
We hand-sign our bags and inspect the beans that go from our roaster into every single bag.
